Anzali free zone is in three separate area that each part has its own potentials,   These three area are:

Section 1:  Golshan district and trade phase with area of 2091 hectares of land that includes agricultural land , with low population density and residential areas includes markets , Shoping center with 7 shopping center and  more than 2000 shops whicch visit more than 7 million tourism from different part of iran per year, access to beautiful beaches and there are recreational and tourism facilities.

               Section  2   : Hassanroud Industrial park  nomber 1 and surrounded area about 946 hectares area that include industrial park, national land and adjacent to wetlands.

Second part is located in industrial estate no 2 with 100 hectares of Area and more than 4o industrial factory that is adjacent to Caspian port complex with big warehouse for storage of goods  which accelerate export and import of goods from this region to neighboring countries.  

Industrial Estate nomber 3 which will be created in an area of about 50 hectares in the Caspian port complex and next to the railway track which will be built in three phases.

               In current situation, this region with more than 20 export companies and 11 knowledge-based companies in cellulose, polymer, textile and clothing, chemical, metal, and advanced electrical and electronic industries that export their products and technical and engineering services to neighboring and European countries as well as several target countries. Also this region has a remarkable performance as a regional logistics hub in transit and re-export of goods from CIS countries and Eurasia to neighboring countries and vice versa, so that annually more than 600 million dollars are exported, re-exported and transited from this region to target countries.

Caspian Port complex:

Caspian Port Complex is under construction port in trade section of Anzali Free Zone. 

Caspian port is located on south-north corridor called Nostrac. Nostrac is mentioned as Twenty First transportation corridor between Europe-Asia that connects Helsinki harbor at Finland and north of Europe via Russia to north and south harbors of Caspian sea , Persian Gulf harbors and then to India and east and south Asia harbors.

This port is intended to be third generation type with modern technology and maritime utilities system and also with wide surrounding area that could provide logistic services such as warehousing, processing and distribution of goods and products, establishing and expanding of maritime industries like shipbuilding and other activities that could bring added values to products.

 Section 3 : Harbor area that is insdide of Anzali city that is third part of Anzali free zone with 106 hectares area that has been  provided facilities for loading and unloading of ship cargo.
